Clean Resources MICRO 50 CFM Wall Mount System
The MICRO 50 is an economical, space-saving oil/water separator built for small compressed air systems. It uses the same proprietary alumina silicate substrate media found in Clean Resources’ larger CRP and IDC series, packaged in a compact wall-mounted cartridge format. If you have a 5 to 12 HP rotary screw or reciprocating compressor running at or below 125 psi, this is the right-sized unit.

If your system is larger than 25 HP or 100 CFM, step up to the MICRO 100. For systems above 30 HP, look at the IDC and CRP series. Above 175 psi, an external decompression chamber is required.
How It Works
The MICRO 50 cartridge contains a chemically modified substrate media that uses molecular sieve technology and chemical bonding. Lubricant molecules attract to the media bed and permanently bond, including silicone, polyalkylene glycol (PAGs), and food-grade lubricants. Carryover stays at 10 ppm or less throughout the life of the unit.

Installation
Mount the bracket to a secure fixture, attach the compressor line to the threaded cartridge, and run a poly tube from the outlet to a sanitary or floor drain. The product label includes a QR code linking to Clean Resources’ installation video series.
Compliance
When properly sized, installed, and registered, Clean Resources guarantees compliance for 12 months at 10 ppm or less of contaminants in your condensate. Test methods: EPA 1664b, EPA 8270, EPA 624, EPA 625, and EPA 8015c.
