Clean Resources MICRO 100 CFM Wall Mount System
The MICRO 100 is the larger of the two MICRO series wall-mount oil/water separators. It uses a two-stage cartridge design (Stage 1 and Stage 2) to handle compressed air systems in the 12 to 25 HP range. Like the MICRO 50, it uses the same proprietary alumina silicate substrate media found in Clean Resources’ CRP and IDC series, but in a compact wall-mounted format that does not consume floor space.
Who Should Buy This
- Small to mid-size shops with a 15 or 20 HP compressor
- Facilities that need higher airflow capacity than the MICRO 50 but do not require a floor-mounted IDC or CRP unit
- Anyone who needs to meet local oil/water discharge regulations without floor-space loss
If you have a smaller 5 to 12 HP system, the MICRO 50 is a better fit. Above 25 HP, look at the IDC 350 or CRP series.
Two-Stage Filtration
The MICRO 100 uses two cartridges in series. Stage 1 handles the bulk of the lubricant load. Stage 2 polishes the discharge to reach the 10 ppm or less carryover Clean Resources guarantees on every unit. Replace both cartridges as a set when end of life is reached.

Installation
Mount the bracket, connect the compressor line to the Stage 1 inlet, and run a poly outlet tube to your sanitary or floor drain. Compressed air flows through Stage 1, then Stage 2, then exits at 10 ppm or less. The QR code on the unit label links to Clean Resources’ installation video series.
Compliance
When properly sized, installed, and registered, Clean Resources guarantees compliance for 12 months at 10 ppm or less. Methods tested: EPA 1664b, EPA 8270, EPA 624, EPA 625, and EPA 8015c.
