Description
Clean Resources DC Plus Decompression Manifold
The DC Plus is the top assembly on every Clean Resources CRP Series oil/water separator. It controls condensate inlet, decompression, vent filtration, timer drain, and outlet flow. The manifold detaches from the drum base, which means you replace only the saturated drum at end of life and reuse the manifold across multiple drum cycles.
When You Need This
- Building a CRP system with separately purchased components
- Replacing a damaged or worn manifold on an existing CRP-500 through CRP-2000 system
- Adding a second CRP unit to your facility
If you already have a working manifold and just need a new drum, order a CRP Replacement Drum in the matching size instead.
Premium Features
- Twelve inlet ports: Six 1/2″ and six 1/4″ push-to-connect fittings, supporting up to 12 simultaneously connected compressors or downstream devices
- Carbon-filtered vent: Two replaceable carbon-filled cartridges remove VOCs and reduce oily mist expelled at the vent
- Timer drain: Sends a burst of air through the unit every 12 hours to prevent sludge mat formation. Requires 120V, 20A power and a 1/4″ poly tube to the drain
- Antimicrobial cavity: Holds an antimicrobial puck that sanitizes the discharge line and prevents algae growth
- Quick-release base: Detaches from the drum so a saturated drum can be swapped in minutes
- Visual and audible end-of-life alarm
