Medical Pipeline

Medical Gas Zone Valve Boxes
Pattons Medical Zone Valve Boxes are built with quality in mind. Each valve includes a large color-coded gas identification label strategically placed for visibility. The boxes can be configured to hold 1 to 7 valves with or without monitoring gauges. The valve box will be constructed of 18 gauge steel complete with a baked white enamel finish. The Zone Valve Boxes shall comply with NFPA-99.
Zone Valve Boxes w/ Sensor provision will also consist of one terminal block and one street elbow.

Medical Gas Alarms
The medical gas alarm is used by hospital personnel to monitor gas pressures and vacuum levels of the medical gas pipeline. All gases or vacuum levels are displayed on a 2.85″ LCD Screen with should allow all alarm programming to be setup and done without the use of tools.
Master + Combination Alarms monitor source equipment, such as:
- Air Compressors
- Vacuum Pumps
- High/Low Pressure Switches
- Manifolds
- Other pipeline devices
Up to 128 devices can be monitored on a master alarm.
