COVID-19 NOTICE: Michigan Air Solutions will still be a resource with 24/7 air compressor services and sales to some sectors during this shutdown period.
As the global effect on coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, Michigan Air Solutions understands the importance that compressed air and vacuum systems play in many essential industries and commercial activities.
The recent executive order 2020-21 from Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan to suspend activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life does not apply to the following industries here:
- Heath care and public health
- Law enforcement, public safety, and first responders
- Food and agriculture
- Energy
- Water and wastewater
- Transportation and logistics
- Public works
- Communications and information technology, including news media
- Other community-based government operations and essential functions
- Critical manufacturing
- Hazardous materials
- Financial services
- Chemical supply chains and safety
- Defense industrial base
While we have asked all non-essential staff to work from home as per the Governor’s “Stay at Home” order, our service team will still be available to ensure that critical compressed air systems are kept up and running during these challenging times. Our service technicians have been educated in safety best practices relating to visiting customer locations and continued social distancing.
If you need assistance with maintaining full up time of your compressed air and vacuum systems, please contact our office at 616.531.8940 for support.
